Das Into The Madness Festival findet im wunderschönen Seepark in Zülpich statt. Nähe Köln und einfach zu erreichen!
Die Adresse des Seeparks ist: Am Wassersportsee 7, 53909, Zülpich
Der Besuch des Festivals ist ab dem 18. Lebensjahr möglich. Die Übertragung der persönlichen Betreuung für Minderjährige unter 18 Jahren ist nicht möglich. Bitte haltet am Eingang ein gültiges Ausweisdokument bereit.
Kein Ausweis = kein Einlass.
Aufgrund von Sicherheitsbestimmungen ist beim Verlassen der Veranstaltung kein Wiedereintritt möglich.
Wir legen großen Wert darauf, dass unser Gelände leicht zugänglich ist, damit niemand aufgrund seiner körperlichen Einschränkungen nicht an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen kann. Vor Ort werden wir leicht zugängliche barrierefreie Toiletten und Parkplätze zur Verfügung stellen. Die Begleitperson eines Besuchers mit einem Behinderungsgrad von 50% oder mehr erhält gegen Vorlage des bereits gekauften Tickets und eines Parkscheins auf dem Crew-Parkplatz freien Eintritt.
Bei uns gibt es zwei Arten von Tickets: Regular und Premium. Leider sind die Premium-Tickets komplett ausverkauft.

Ob es am Tag des Festivals eine Tageskasse geben wird, hängt von der Verfügbarkeit der Tickets ab. Wir raten euch dringend, eure Tickets im Voraus zu kaufen.

Parken
Parktickets kosten vor Ort 20,00 EUR und können nur mit EC- oder Kreditkarte gekauft werden. Wir empfehlen euch jedoch für einen schnelleren Ablauf die Parktickets im Voraus zu kaufen in unserem Ticketshop für 15,00 EUR.
Das neue Zahlungssystem ist sicher, schnell und einfach. Es verkürzt Wartezeiten und Du hast jederzeit Überblick über Deine Ausgaben.
Du bekommst dein Armband am Einlass auf das Festivalgelände angelegt.
Solltest du vorab ein Guthaben aufgeladen haben, wird das Bändchen durch das Scannen deines Tickets mit deinem Bändchen verknüpft und Du kannst sofort darüber bezahlen.
Super easy! Du erhältst am Einlass wie immer ein Festivalbändchen. An diesem wird sich ein RFID-Chip befinden, welcher mit deinem Ticket verbunden ist. Bei deiner Getränke- oder Essensbestellung hältst du diesen an ein Lesegerät, fertig!

Nein, das ist nicht zwingend erforderlich. Du kannst dein Guthaben auch vor Ort aufladen.
An jeder TopUp-Station, online im Eventportal und beim Bezahlen auf den Geräten der Crew.
Pro Getränk werden dir 2 Euro von deinem RFID-Armband als Pfand abgebucht, wenn du den Becher / Dose wieder abgibst, wird dir der Betrag gutgeschrieben. Auf Shots gibt es kein Pfand – bitte bemühe dich aber dennoch, das Gelände sauber zu halten und schmeiße die leeren Shots in einen Mülleimer.
Pfand kann nur in der Menge zurückgegeben werden, in der auch Getränke gekauft wurden. Aber keine Sorge, wir haben pro Armband 5 Pfandpuffer eingebaut, sodass du das Pfand auch von deinen Ravebuddies abgeben kannst, wenn du die nächste Runde holst.
Ja, Du kannst Dein Ticket grundsätzlich weitergeben. Beachte aber, dass Dein Guthaben immer direkt an die Ticketnummer Deines Tickets gebunden ist. Wenn du also bereits Guthaben aufgeladen hast, gibst du Dein Ticket inkl. Guthaben weiter.
Ja, ohne das Armband könnt Ihr Euer Restguthaben nicht erstatten lassen.
Nach Into The Madness kannst du dein restliches Cashless-Guthaben vom 07.09.2026, 12:00 Uhr bis zum 02.11.2026, 12:00 Uhr ganz einfach über das Eventportal zurückerstatten lassen. Hierfür benötigst du dein Cashless-Armband, schmeiße es also nicht weg, falls du eine Rückerstattung durchführen möchtest.
Vor Ort ist keine Auszahlung des Restguthabens möglich. Die Auszahlung erfolgt nicht automatisch!
Die Einhaltung der geltenden Datenschutzbestimmungen ist selbstverständlich. Es werden keine Bewegungsprofile erstellt. Eure personenbezogenen Daten werden gelöscht, sobald sie nicht mehr benötigt werden, um Dienstleistungen zu erbringen oder den Zahlungs- und Guthabenverkehr abzuwickeln und soweit keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.
Into The Madness findet im Seepark Zülpich statt – nur rund 30 Minuten von Köln entfernt und bequem aus ganz Deutschland sowie den Nachbarländern erreichbar.
Für die entspannteste Anreise empfehlen wir unsere organisierten Busreisen. Alternativ könnt ihr mit dem Zug und unserem Shuttle-Service oder mit dem Auto anreisen.
Du reist mit der Bahn an? Dann steig einfach am Bahnhof Euskirchen aus und nutze unseren offiziellen Shuttle-Service, der dich direkt zum Festivalgelände bringt und nach dem Festival auch wieder zurück zum Bahnhof fährt.

Shuttle-Tickets können vorab im Ticketshop erworben werden.
Wir bieten Shuttle-Busse vom Bahnhof Euskirchen zum Event und zurück an. Tickets für den Shuttlebus findet ihr hier.
Am Bahnhof Euskirchen tauschst du dein Shuttle-Ticket gegen ein Armband ein.
Die Ausgabe erfolgt im Kundencenter SVE direkt am Bahnhof. Mit diesem Armband kannst du anschließend den Shuttlebus nutzen.

Die einfachste Möglichkeit, in die Madlands zu reisen.

Natürlich kannst du auch mit dem Auto anreisen – wir empfehlen allerdings eine Anreise mit unseren Travel-Partnern oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und unseren Shuttle-Bussen, für einen möglichst schnellen An- und Abreiseverkehr.
Für Autofahrer bieten wir einen offiziellen Besucherparkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe des Festivalgeländes an. Du kannst dir dein Parkticket schon vorher online kaufen, damit vor Ort alles schneller geht.

Bitte folgt bei eurer Anreise der Beschilderung sowie den Anweisungen unseres Personals vor Ort. Für eine möglichst reibungslose Anfahrt empfehlen wir die Nutzung der B56n.
Öffnungszeiten Parkplatz: 10:00 – 01:00
Hinweis: Alle Fahrzeuge, die sich nach Schließung des Festivalgeländes noch auf dem Parkplatz befinden, werden abgeschleppt. Die Abschleppkosten gehen zu Lasten des Besitzers des Fahrzeugs. Das Zelten auf dem Parkplatz ist strengstens verboten!
Aufgrund von Sicherheitsbestimmungen ist beim Verlassen der Veranstaltung kein Wiedereintritt möglich.
Ein Sanitätsteam des DRK wird vor Ort sein und sich um euch kümmern.
Bitte befolgt die Anweisungen oder Durchsagen des Veranstalters und der Securities im Falle von unvorhergesehenen schweren Stürmen, Regen, Gewitter oder Bränden. Wenn das Festival unterbrochen oder sogar abgesagt werden muss und das Gelände evakuiert werden muss, wird dies bekannt gegeben und alle notwendigen Maßnahmen für eure Sicherheit getroffen. In diesem Fall bieten euch die Fahrzeuge auf dem Parkplatz Schutz. PKW Inhaber die noch Platz im Auto haben signalisieren Schutzsuchenden dies durch Anmachen des Warnblinkers.
Into The Madness soll ein sicherer und inklusiver Ort sein! Wenn du dich von jemandem belästigt fühlen solltest, wende dich bitte sofort an den Info-Point. Dort werden wir uns um dich kümmern. Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass jede Form von (sexueller) Belästigung den Ausschluss vom Festival und/oder eine Anzeige bei der Polizei zur Folge hat.
Wir bemühen uns sehr, dafür zu sorgen, dass wir alle die Veranstaltung gemeinsam genießen können. Zu viel Alkohol kann dazu führen, dass eure Party schneller zu Ende ist, als euch lieb ist. Passt also bitte auf euch und eure Freunde auf und achtet aufeinander.
Auch wenn die deutsche Gesetzeslage den Konsum von Cannabis erlaubt, müssen wir uns nach dem Hausrecht des Seeparks Zülpich richten. Dies verbietet den Konsum von Cannabis ausdrücklich. Sorry!
Wir verfolgen bei Into The Madness eine Null-Toleranz-Politik gegenüber Drogen. Wenn unsere Security Drogen bei dir findet oder dich beim Konsum erwischt, wirst du vom Festivalgelände verwiesen und wir sind verpflichtet, dich der Polizei zu übergeben.
Die folgenden Gegenstände dürfen nicht auf das Festivalgelände mitgenommen werden:
- Schusswaffen, Hieb- und Stichwaffen und andere Waffen jeglicher Art
- Werkzeuge
- Pfefferspray
- Betäubungspistolen
- Laserpointer
- Nietenschmuck, ungewöhnlich lange Handtaschenketten
- Feuerwerkskörper oder andere pyrotechnische Gegenstände
- Alkoholische und nicht-alkoholische Getränke aller Art
- Drogen und Rauschmittel
- Flüssigkeiten jeglicher Art (außer Sonnenschutzmittel und Deodorant bis zu einer Höchstmenge von 100 ml)
- Lebensmittel jeglicher Art
- Selfie-Sticks
- Motorradhelme
- Glasflaschen/Glasbehälter, Dosen und PET-Flaschen
- Konfetti
- Tiere
- Drohnen
- Sperrige Gegenstände
Wenn diese Gegenstände bei einer Kontrolle gefunden werden, ist der Sicherheitsdienst befugt, sie zu entsorgen. Bitte lasst sie zu Hause!
Auf dem Festivalgelände gibt es einen Haupteingang. Je nach Ticket Kategorie gibt es unterschiedliche Eingangstore, die alle gekennzeichnet sind. Premium Ticketinhaber haben dort einen separaten Eingang.

Ja, ihr könnt eure Sachen in einer Tasche, einem Turnbeutel, einem Jutebeutel, einem Rucksack usw. in DIN A4-Größe mitbringen. Diese werden jedoch an unserem Eingangstor einer gründlichen Taschenkontrolle unterzogen. Um die Wartezeiten zu verkürzen, nehmt bitte nur das Nötigste mit zum Festival!

Ein normales Schließfach ist 29 cm breit, 21 cm hoch und 40 cm tief und bietet Platz für ca. 3 Sommerjacken. Ein großes Schließfach hat eine Breite von 29 cm, eine Höhe von 32 cm und eine Tiefe von 40 cm. Es bietet Platz für ca. 4 Sommerjacken.
Nein, das Mitbringen von eigenen Speisen und Getränken ist nicht gestattet. Es wird jedoch eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken vor Ort verfügbar sein.
Während der Veranstaltung werden wir eine große Auswahl an exklusiven Into The Madness-Merchandise-Artikeln anbieten. Shirts, Kapuzenpullis und mehr können vor Ort an unserem Merchandise-Stand erworben werden.
Leider ist es aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht erlaubt, im See schwimmen zu gehen.
Wenn du auf die Einnahme bestimmter Medikamente angewiesen bist, kannst du diese in kleinen Mengen mit dir führen. Bitte habe einen ärztlichen Nachweis dabei und achte darauf, dass die Medikamente sich im originalen Blister befinden.
Ja, Smartphone-Kameras und handliche Digitalkameras sind generell erlaubt. Wir haben jedoch ein professionelles Foto- und Videoteam, das die Veranstaltung für euch festhalten wird. Wir empfehlen euch daher, eure Smartphones in euren Taschen und eure Kameras zu Hause zu lassen und den Abend mit eigenen Augen zu genießen.
Professionelle Fotoausrüstung ist verboten.
Das Rauchen ist im Freien erlaubt, d.h. außerhalb der Zelte, aber nicht innerhalb der Zelte.
Auf dem Festivalgelände werden keine Zigaretten zum Verkauf angeboten.
Ja, Gehörschutz wird am Merchandising-Stand zum Verkauf angeboten.
Fundsachen können während der Veranstaltung am Info-Point in der Nähe des Eingangs abgegeben oder abgeholt werden.
Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir unser Festival an einem Ort wie dem Seepark veranstalten dürfen. Daher bitten wir euch, euren Müll und eure Zigaretten in die dafür vorgesehenen Behälter zu entsorgen, um das Gelände sauber zu halten und die Umwelt zu schützen. Wir danken euch!

Whether there will be a box office on the day of the festival depends on the availability of tickets. We strongly advise you to buy your tickets in advance.
Drinks & Food
You can now pay for drinks & food using your RFID wristband. No tokens, no hassle! This means shorter waiting times, and you can keep track of your spending at any time.
Merchandise & Lockers
You can pay for merchandise & lockers by cash or card.
Parking
Parking tickets cost €20.00 on site and can only be purchased by debit or credit card. For a faster and smoother arrival, we recommend purchasing your parking ticket in advance through our ticket shop for €15.00.
The new payment system is secure, fast and easy. It reduces waiting times and gives you full control over your spending at all times.
You will receive your wristband at the entrance to the festival site.
If you have topped up credit in advance, your wristband will be linked to your ticket by scanning it, and you can start paying with it immediately.
Super easy! At the entrance, you will receive your festival wristband as usual. This wristband contains an RFID chip linked to your ticket. When ordering drinks or food, simply tap your wristband – done!

No, it is not mandatory. You can also add balance directly at the festival.
You can check your remaining balance at any TopUp station, online in the event portal, and while paying on the crew’s devices.
A €2 deposit per drink will be charged to your cashless wristband. Once you return your cup or can, the amount will be credited back to your balance. There is no deposit on shots – but please help us keep the location clean and dispose of empty shot cups properly.
Deposits can only be returned in the amount of drinks purchased. However, don’t worry – each wristband includes a deposit buffer of 5 cups, allowing you to return cups from your rave buddies when grabbing the next round.
Yes, you can generally transfer your ticket. However, please note that your credit is always linked directly to your ticket number. So if you’ve already topped up credit, you will transfer your ticket including the credit.
Yes, without the wristband, we cannot refund your remaining balance.
After Into The Madness you can request a refund of your remaining cashless balance via the Eventportal from 07.09.2026, 12:00 to 02.11.2026, 12:00.
You will need your cashless wristband, so please do not throw it away if you plan to request a refund.
Refunds are not possible on site and are not processed automatically – you must request them manually.
Compliance with all applicable data protection regulations is of course ensured. No movement profiles are created. Your personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed to provide services or to process payments and balances, unless legal retention obligations apply.
Into The Madness takes place at Seepark Zülpich, just 30 minutes from Cologne and easily accessible from all over Germany as well as neighboring countries.
For the smoothest festival experience, we highly recommend travelling with one of our official travel partners. Alternatively, you can reach the festival by train using our shuttle service or by car.

Arriving by train?
Simply get off at Euskirchen railway station and take our official shuttle service, which will bring you directly to the festival grounds and back again after the event.
The shuttle buses depart from Bus Stop H at Euskirchen train station.

Shuttle tickets can be purchased in advance via our Ticket shop.
At Euskirchen train station, you can exchange your ticket for a wristband that gives you access to the shuttle bus. Your ticket can be exchanged for a wristband at the SVE customer center. The shuttle buses depart from Bus Stop H at Euskirchen train station.
Of course, you can also travel by car. However, we recommend using one of our official travel partners or traveling by train and shuttle to help ensure the smoothest possible arrival and departure for everyone.
For those arriving by car, we provide an official visitor parking area located close to the festival entrance.

Please follow the event signage and the instructions of our traffic staff upon arrival. For the smoothest journey, we recommend approaching the festival via the B56n.
On Saturday the parking is open from 10:00 till 01:00
Note: All vehicles that are still in the parking lot after closing of the festival area will be towed away. The towing costs will be for the owner of the car. Camping in the parking lot is strictly prohibited!
Due to security regulations, there is no re-entry when leaving the event.
A team of medics by the DRK will be on site to take care of you.
Please follow the instructions or announcements of the organizer and the stewards in case of unforeseen heavy storms, rain, thunderstorms or fires. If the festival has to be interrupted or even canceled and the area has to be evacuated, this will be announced and all necessary measures will be taken for your safety.
In this case, the vehicles in the parking lot offer you shelter. Car owners who still have space in their cars will signal this to those seeking shelter by switching on their hazard lights.
Into The Madness should be a safe and inclusive space! If you feel harassed by someone, please don’t hesitate and contact us immediately at the Info Point. There we will take care of you. We would like to point out that when a person commits any form of (sexual) harassment it will result in an exclusion from the festival and/or a report to the police.
We try very hard to make sure we can all enjoy the event together. Too much alcohol can mean that your party ends faster than you would like. So please take care of yourselves and your friends and watch out for each other.
Even though the consumption of cannabis is permitted under German law, we must adhere to the house rules of Seepark Zülpich – and these explicitly prohibit the use of cannabis. Sorry!
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards drugs at Into The Madness. If our security finds drugs on you or catches you consuming them, you will be removed from the festival and we will have to hand you over to the police.
We pay a lot of attention to make our grounds easily accessible, so that no one will be unable to take part in the event due to their physical limitations. On-site we will provide easy accessible barrier-free toilets and parking spaces. The accompanying person of a visitor with a degree of disability of 50% or more will receive free admission upon presentation of the ticket already purchased and a parking ticket in the crew parking lot.
We are very grateful to be able to hold our festival in a place like the Seepark. Therefore, we ask you to dispose of your trash as well as cigarettes in the designated bins in order to keep the location clean and to protect the environment. Thank you!
The following items may not be taken onto the festival grounds:
- Firearms, cutting weapons, stabbing weapons and other weapons of any kind
- Tools
- Pepper spray
- Stun guns
- Laser pointer
- Studded jewelry, unusually long purse chains
- Fireworks or other pyrotechnic objects
- Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages of any kind
- Drugs and intoxicants
- Liquids of any kind (except sunscreen and deodorant up to a maximum of 100ml)
- Food of any kind
- Selfie sticks
- Motorcycle helmets
- Glass bottles/glass containers, cans and PET bottles
- Confetti
- Animals
- Drones
- Bulky objects
If these items are found during a control, the security service is authorized to dispose of them. Please leave them at home!
There is one main entrance at the festival site. Depending on the ticket category, there are different entrance gates, all of which are marked. Premium ticket holders have a separate entrance gate there.

Yes, you can bring your things in a bag, gym bag, jute bag, backpack etc. in DIN A4 size. However, these will be subject to a thorough bag check at our entrance gate. To narrow down waiting times, please take only what you need with you to the festival!
Yes! Lockers will be available in two sizes. You can pre-order a locker here for the festival.If you pre-booked a locker, on the day of the event you will receive the locker-code of your pre-booked locker per mail and SMS.
Lockers are available in two sizes:
- A regular size locker is 29cm wide 21 high 40 deep and you can store about 3 summer jackets in there.
- A large size locker is 29cm wide, 32 high and 40 deep. A large locker fits about 4 summer jackets.
No, bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted. However, there will be a wide range of food and drinks available on site.
During the event we will present a wide-range of exclusive Into The Madness merchandise items. Shirts, hoodies and more can be purchased on site at our merchandise stand.
Unfortunately, it is not allowed to swim in the lake due to safety reasons.
If you are dependent on taking certain medications, you may carry them with you in small quantities. Please bring a validation from your doctor. The medication has to be in the original package.
Yes, smartphone cameras and handy digital cameras are generally allowed. However, we have a professional photo and video team that will capture the event for you. We therefore recommend that you leave your smartphones in your pockets and your cameras at home and enjoy the evening with your own eyes. Professional photo equipment is prohibited.
Smoking is permitted outdoors, i.e. outside the tents, but not inside tents and shelters.
There will be no cigarettes for sale on the festival
Yes, hearing protection will be available for sale at the merchandise booth.
Lost and found items can be dropped off or picked up at the Info Point near the entrance during the event.
